Order Policy
Order cancellation/return/exchange:
Product purchase with any customisation, no cancellation, refund, return or exchange is accepted.

For training courses/workshops: no refund or return of fee deposits or amount paid for by the customers for any cancellation of course on part of customers.


Order Processing & Payment:
Clayworkz will provide you an order confirmation note indicating our contact information and instructions for making payment. In turn, please make the required payment and provide information as necessary to process your order. Kindly ensure that you have entered a valid telephone number and details in your order for us to contact you later.

Payment Methods Accepted:
PAYPAL (credit card payment worldwide)
POSB funds transfer (cash payment through local bank in Singapore)


Shipping & Delivery Policy
Product Purchase:
Customer can opt for normal or registered mail (local shipping/postage borne by buyer) for small and few items. We provide free delivery for bulk order of 100pcs to almost all part of mainland Singapore and only charge a nominal fee of $20 if delivery to door steps is required for order quanity below 100. For delivery to islands (example: Sentosa) and some remote/restricted part of the mainland Singapore (example: Ama Keng Road, Jurong Island), we will impose a S$20 delivery surcharge for all orders.

Stated delivery service fee only covers within Singapore. For places that are outside Singapore, customers will be informed on the additional shipping and handling charge where applicable.

You will receive an email from us to confirm your order and you will provide with details to us to process the order upon payment . We will then notify you by email on the scheduled shipping date and when your order will be delivered (including other details like tracking information).

Order submitted will be issued with an Order Number (you can find this number in your order confirmation email from us). This order number will be used as the reference number in your enquiries/correspondence to us.

Our products typically ships within 3-10 working days upon receipt of order and payment, depending on the number of figurines ordered, the customisation specification and the response time of customer in providing the necessary details to make the figurines, and the delivery location. Delivery time will extend for bulk orders.


Risk of Loss/Damage:
Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. We will not incur any forwarding costs on shipments. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility.


Reject of Order:
We reserve the right to cancel and reject any orders that are not paid fully and on time.


Change of Particulars
Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address etc.) must be made within 48 hours before delivery.

Recipient's address must be correct and to ensure that someone is there to receive the gift. In cases of re-send, we will charge a touch up and re-delivery fee.


Disclaimer
Clay sculpturing works are all handmade and minor flaws are expected as a result of the process.


Publication
Clay sculptures are works of art by Clayworkz and customers shall provide Clayworkz permission to use images of products in any publication and for publicity purposes.


Validity
The parties agree that these terms and conditions in electronic form constitute a written document and each party undertakes not to dispute or challenge the validity or enforceability of any contract formed on the basis of these terms and conditions on the grounds that it is not a written document and, hereby, waives any such right it may have at law.


Governing Law
By accessing this website and transmitting your transaction and/or purchase order, you agree that Singapore law will govern such access and any contract formed on the basis of your transaction activity, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
